2. Apart from changing bombay's name to mumbai, what has the leadership done to improve the day to day conditions of the manoos?
3. Inspite of a fantastic local and rural support of the masses in terms of numbers, why has the leadership failed to guide and gain power?
4. Why is the personal growth of every leader in Sena spectacular whereas their constituency's progress miserable?
The answer to this questions is shivsena is short of leaders of substance and tragically the sainiks do not have much to choose from.

What Do You Have Time For?
There's a joke that goes like this: "What three statements are never true?" The answer is:
"My check is in the post;"
"Of course I'm not only interested in sex;" and
"I'm from Head Office and I'm here to help you."
I want to add a fourth: "I didn't have time."
What this pitiful excuse means is either "I didn't want to" or "I didn't know how to" or "I was doing something else more important to me."
Lack of time is an attractive excuse, because it implies you're blameless — a helpless victim of stress, overwork and external circumstances. Of course, you may object that you truly do have far too much to do and something had to be left out. But who decided what you did in the time available? Either you set those priorities yourself, or you're the helpless slave of some all-consuming power that decides how you spend every moment of your time.

Some nigerians have been arrested lately for the famous email fraud.I received this email. The email looks like below. Those who fall in the trap, are asked to shell out some money for a bag full of scrap, which they insist on opening later.

Govinda Tapes
For nearly 2 hours, i saw govinda valiantly defend himself on TV.
The Tapes though a good find for the Intelligence Bureau, has nothing new to show.It's common knowledge that actors were bullied by underworld and made to attend shows and work in their films.
In fact what has been established by this interviews is that govinda was used by the criminals than, and now is being used as a pawn by the politician and the media.
Amarsingh requested him not to come to UP to campaign [the so called powerhorse from samajwadi was afraid of govinda...??].
Ram naik has the cheek to ask govinda to resign, i think we can cite many reasons for him to resign from an active life in politics.
Rajat Sharma does not think twice before threatening govinda live on tv "Hamare Pass aur bhi aise tapes hai aapke...hum chaahe to...", what journalism is this?
Instead of just presenting the tapes couldn't they have contacted the authorities and asked them whether they knew about it or atleast brought one current serving authority on TV along with a lawyer so that the public could be enlightened about what is criminal activity and what is not?
Bollywood is a soft target, show some guts Mr Rajat Sharma and show us tapes of Politicians and Police too who we know are not totally clean.....

The police commissioner of mumbai was at pains to explain on tv abt what the police dept is doing to relieve the cops of stress by introducing them to yoga classes, counselling, mental relaxation courses such as art of living etc etc....
1. So does that mean that stress can be the only reason for a person to commit rape and that means he is different from other criminals or rapists and deserves a lenient approach.

10 yrs later, 2 get 3-yr RI for Rs-1500 robbery
Mumbai: A sessions court on Monday sentenced two men to three years’ rigorous imprisonment for stealing Rs 1,495 in 1994.
Suryakant Talkar and Anand Langde were both 29 years old at the time of the incident. The duo robbed a roadside vendor, Navnath Birje, selling boiled eggs at Kalbadevi Road on April 13, 1994 by threatening him with a knife. They robbed him of the Rs 1,400 he had earned during the day and also snatched Rs 95 from a customer S Patel. According to public prosecutor Ashok Deshmukh, when Talkar and Langde tried to flee the spot, they were nabbed by passers-by and handed over to the police. They were booked under the stringent sections for “voluntarily causing hurt’’ while committing a robbery. Talkar and Langde were identified in court by their victims and sentenced to undergo three years’ rigorous imprisonment.

Just a few days back i was at the andheri court with a application to withdrew a case filed some years back. The application typed by a vendor at the court said the complainant wished to withdraw the case due to the long dates that he has been receiving for hearing. The judge on reading this asked me whether i would still like to go ahead with the case and he promised in 2-3 months time i can get the summons. I told him the accused [ the case was about bounced cheque ] is not available and is absconding than the honourable judge asked me to mention in the application later that i am withdrawing the case not because of the long dates of hearing but becoz the accused is absconding. The lawyer did the necessary.
After reading the above article, i am compelled to think that i could fend for myself and family but what about the people mentioned in the article above. They are daily wage earners, they have a family to support and can ill-afford lawyers. Is this justice.?

Indian Judiciary.....Hmmmph....
A single / sane man's life is ruined. he is in prison for 54 years without trial on the basis of allegation. he pays 1 rupee as a personal surety to be released now.
Would this be taken lightly in any other country? Forget the western world, where the judiciary and the police would be sued for millions, even the middle east would have been better than india.

Mind your business, say angry corporators

Who are citizens’ groups to check and seek accounts of how we used our funds, ask over dozen corporators
I can’t do any work because of ALMs. Please get this harassment stopped
