What can a harassed Customer do?

I was browsing thro the net for management articles and came across this powerpoint presentation which is in fact a complaint by a customer.

A damn good idea, but in India i guess, everyone would be a powerpoint expert just after a week of experiencing rude rickshawwallahs, bus conductors, taxi drivers, hawkers, BMC [ everyone ] , police, phew............
